ZOOM YOGA STARTING DECEMBER 6TH!
I've been practising yoga for over 20 years and know the incredible benefits it brings to mind and body. I'm a busy, working mum-of-4 and so finding time on my mat is essential to bring some calm and peace to my life! I practise and lead Strala yoga: a unique system which combines the elements and philosophy of tai chi and qi qong alongside more traditional yoga movements.
This class will lift you up, move your whole body and leave you feeling energised and ready for anything! You will focus on moving in harmony with your body, using your breath to open and expand and face any challenging moments with grace and ease.
Sundays 11 - 12
This easygoing flow class is designed to ease you into your day and leave you feeling calm, connected and radiant. You will move with grace and coordination, using your breath to help you flow with your movements, and open up your body.
Sundays 9:45 - 10:45
Strala yoga is a way of being, moving and healing that helps people connect with how they feel, move in a way that feels good and handle challenge with ease. It is a philosophy that extends out into everyday life: when we feel good we are able to face life's challenges with ease.
Through practising Strala you will gain physical strength and mobility, mental clarity and you will feel fantastic!
