Breathe, Move, Feel
I've been practising yoga for over 20 years and know the incredible benefits it brings to mind and body. I'm a busy, working mum-of-4 and so finding time on my mat is essential to bring some calm and peace to my life! I practise and lead Strala yoga: a unique system which combines the elements and philosophy of tai chi and qi qong alongside more traditional yoga movements.
For everyone, no matter what age, fitness level or flexibility.
In this class you will focus on moving in harmony with your body, using your breath to open and expand your whole being. You will move with grace and coordination as you flow through the sequences. You will leave the class feeling calm and connected, and like you have just given yourself a treat!
Strala yoga is a way of being, moving and healing that helps people connect with how they feel, move in a way that feels good and handle challenge with ease. It is a philosophy that extends out into everyday life: when we feel good we are able to face life's challenges with ease.
Through practising Strala you will gain physical strength and mobility, mental clarity and you will feel fantastic!
